HiBear Adventure Flask - Sierra Sippin'
The All-Day Adventure Flask. Voted "Best Tailgating Gear of 2022" by Outside Magazine. Hibear’s versatile, insulated, easy-to-clean, and rugged utility bottle is designed to make everything from cold brew to tea to cocktails, yet it's simple enough to use as an everyday water bottle. The All-Day Adventure Flask’s interior is coated with glass — dubbed the Glass Shield Technology. It’s an ultra-thin glass coating that has been applied to the stainless steel, getting the nonabsorbent benefits of glass without the whole break-ability thing. So, yes, your beverages will be touching glass primarily, which assures your beverages won’t taste funky, and that the Flask will be a snap to clean. Wondering how? Demystify the flask here.
Hibear has a strong commitment to sustainability and being part of the climate change solution. As an outdoor brand, they are at the forefront of these initiatives. They believe the products they create have a direct and profound impact on reducing the amount of trash in our landfills and oceans. All of the packaging and products are delivered with recyclable and thoughtfully crafted reusable materials. Be sure to check out the reusable attached tags (you get a bookmark/ruler, artwork & artist information, details about the product, and a Spotify playlist - jump on Spotify & create a free account to access). Beyond the packaging, Hibear achieves it's eco-conscious goals through long-lasting design quality, reusability, a commitment to be carbon neutral, and their support of climate change non-profit initiatives. Hibear is a 1% for the Planet member and is Climate Neutral Certified.
The Sierra Sippin' illustration takes you through the Sierra Range geographically. The artist, Bryn Merrell, spent several years working in the outdoor industry before forging her own path as an independent artist. Learn about the artwork here.

Picture yourself tucked away under the shade of a dark forest, nestled next to the fireplace in a rustic wood cabin. Embers from the burning wood carry a hint of spice and warmth with this woodsy scent. No more piling up used candle jars in the corner of your living room, or feeling guilty about throwing them away. Now you can simply slide in one of the custom zero-waste wax refills to your reusable Arbor Made candle jar and fill your home with the calming aroma of a candle, completely guilt-free!
ArborMade has carbon neutral shipping and eco-friendly packaging. After you "pop" out the leftover wax, there are a million online ideas for how to use what's left, so get creative (one of our favorites is to run it along the underside of drawers, it keeps them moving smoothly and protects the wood runners from wear and tear).
Alpaca Beanie Hat
Representing all things cozy, this Alpaca Beanie isn’t just comfortable, but lends a refined and sophisticated flair to cold weather dressing. When worn with your other neutrals, it can create a minimalist yet elegant finish to your ensemble. This beanie is perfect for any gender, and thanks to its 100% alpaca fiber composition, this accessory is not only stylishly versatile, but also incredibly soft, warm, and lightweight. Made from 100% Baby Alpaca makes it eco-friendly and sustainable. The hypoallergenic, lightweight, insulating cashmere soft woven alpaca, is crafted by artisans from the South American Highlands.
Alpaca fur comes in 22 natural shades, but can be dyed once sheared. The Peruvians use a variety of wild plants to make a natural, non-toxic dye when needed. They also use a variety of wild plants to make a natural, non-toxic cleaning substance to wash the wool. The organic detergent (either using a root or plant that is grated or pounded and mixed with water) creates a foamy wash which effectively cleans the wool.
Shupaca works directly with skilled Indigenous artisans in small communities of Peru and Ecuador. The products are handcrafted and produced in small batches using sustainable production practices, (the same traditional production methods that have been used for hundreds of years). Shupaca is a Fair Trade, Small Business with a focus on social and economic advancement for their artisan made community.
How to care for the beanie:
Because of its hollow fibers, alpaca does not absorb dirt or odors. This means the beanie does not need to be washed often! Simply air out outdoors after a day of wearing, learn more here.
When you are done with your beanie, simply cut into small pieces, add to your compost pile (put in pick-up compost bin) or bury in your flower bed or garden. The pieces will help the soil maintain water and will biodegrade in about 1 year (depending on the size of the pieces).

The Nature Academy - Notebook
This notebook conserves forests, promotes biodiversity, supports recycling and causes zero deforestation. Sugarcane accounts for 80% of sugar production in the world. After extracting the juice out of sugarcane, bagasse are the by-products. Bagasse paper products exceed environmental parameters set forth by Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), Sustainable Forest Initiative (SFI), and other prominent forest management organizations. Before people realized that sugarcane bagasse is a precious renewable resource, it was just a bio-waste, but nowadays, bagasse is regarded as a valuable, renewable resource.
This Earth-Friendly notebook is 8.25" x 5.75" with 80 sheets of paper and twin-wire binding. The books are lined and use heavy-weight 20# paper made from Sugarcane. The sugarcane plant grows extremely fast, three harvests a year compared to tree paper that can take 10 years. Also, unlike tree paper heavy gas guzzling machines are not needed to chop and grind up this plant. This sugarcane notebook is 100% recyclable and you can also compost the pages (not the binding) and they will biodegrade in 30 to 90 days.
Handmade Seed Embedded Paper
The paper used to display the QR Code is handmade in Nepal by rural craftspeople in an environmentally friendly process with 50% recycled content. The raw material in this paper is the Daphne bush. It is farmed and harvested from 3-4 year old plants that are cut and stripped of bark. The plant is not destroyed when cut down and it regenerates from the root. The cane like stick, once the bark is removed, is dried and used to heat the villager's homes, as fuel for cooking and in the production of this paper. All water used in the paper production is reclaimed and reused. The bark is beaten by hand, boiled into pulp, mixed with recycled pulp & paper scrap collected from the card and envelope manufacturing process) then pored into screens to form sheets. The sheets are then dried in the sun. The entire process is earth friendly and provides a community with a healthy enterprise. You can choose to recycle this paper, compost it, or even plant it and watch flowers bloom. Each sheet is embedded with seeds that will grow in North America. Seeds in the paper include 10 annual and perennial species which tolerate partial shade, need 4 hours a day of direct sunlight, and grow to about 3 feet. Seeds include Snapdragon, Petunia, Beardtounge, Daisy, Thyme, Poppy, Foxglove, Catchfly, Maiden Pinks, Chamomile. If you plant this paper in a pot or in your garden please cover with 1/8" of soil to keep it moist until established; as germinating seeds and seedlings cannot survive even a brief drought. Our Box is a Boox
Booxes are made from corrugated polypropylene sheets, using a patent-pending design. Produced in the US from a combination of new and post-consumer polypropylene (#5 on the recycled plastics chart – PCR). Boox has a goal to improve the post-consumer percentage over time, eventually getting to 100% PCR. They are also experimenting with material made from ocean plastics and other sources. Boox chose polypropylene (PP) for a variety of reasons— It’s waterproof, tear-proof, and lighter than cardboard, while still being rigid and durable enough to protect products during shipping. That means each Boox box can be reused many times before reaching the end of life. But, at end of life, PP can be processed back into more Booxes efficiently. Many people think of plastics as detrimental to the environment. Boox would like to encourage people to think differently about it— SINGLE-USE plastics (but really any single-use product) are bad for the environment and can end up in rivers and oceans where they don’t degrade for a long time. But, that same longevity can be put to great use if we can change the culture of consumption and shift towards the circular economy.
Scan the QR Code on the Boox to return it so it can be used again and again and again and again ...

Eco Enclose Tissue Paper
Eco Enclose offers the world's most eco-friendly packaging; recycled, recyclable and naturally biodegradable. Although we will do our best not to include extra packaging or "filler" in the boxes, we needed to be sure that this box arrived safely and wanted to still provide a bit of mystery. This tissue paper is 100% recycled and FSC certified using 20% post-consumer waste. It is first and foremost reusable, so please consider reusing it for the upcoming holidays or personal storage. Specifically Note : it is Neutral Ph - anti-tarnish & safe for silverware, jewelry, and photographs. How great, right? Use it!
It is also recyclable, naturally biodegradable, and compostable and made in the USA, 100% plastic free.
Apart from its superior strength and protection, Kraft paper is 100% eco-friendly. Kraft paper is manufactured from virgin wood pulp, making it organic. And kraft paper can be recycled up to seven times. It degrades naturally within a few weeks, decomposing just like leaves that fall off a tree. It leaves no impact on the environment.
Again, although we will do our best not to include extra packaging or "filler" in the boxes, we needed to be sure that this box arrived safely so we choose to use the kraft packaging that came in the boxes from our suppliers. Since we select eco-conscious brands, they rarely use extra packaging unless necessary (think protecting reusable candle jars during shipping).
We recommend that you reuse the kraft paper in the box for your shipping or wrapping for the upcoming holidays or simply drop in your recycle bin, burn in your fireplace or outdoor firepit or use in your fall planting with your other compostables.
